• Question: your cows, Are they dairy? I think t6hey probably are : ) Did you grow up on a farm or did you get in tho cheese science a different way?

      My own cows are not dairy there are highland cattle which are very cute! But the cows I used for my study which come from farms in the area of Reading are.
      I didn’t grow up on a farm but because I lived in the countryside there were everywhere and in the French Alps where I come from all produce cheese so since I am young I found it very interesting especially as a way for farmers to have a better price for they milk.
