Good question! I would imagine that it would taste interesting, but maybe not particularly nice! Chocolate is quite bitter, and salt (like you get in pizza) does tend to reduce the bitterness in foods, which is why salted caramels are so popular. Chocolates are sweet and bitter, and tomatoes can also be sweet and do have some bitterness, so this may help the match. I wouldn’t think cheese and chocolate would go together that well, but I have seen blue cheese chocolates before. Hmmmm… Tricky one. Now I need to think of how I can actually make it in my lab and let you know for sure!
Well if it was a pizza flavoured piece of chocolated it would taste like pizza but the texture of the chocolate. So if you liked pizza then you would probably like the pizza flavoured choclate. Rachel, would you be able to make pizz flavoured choclated?
