I imagine it would be quite tough. The more you use your muscles, the more connective tissue builds up, which can be very tough. That’s why the necks of cows and sheep (which they move a lot to eat the grass) is very tough. Humans are quite active so would probably have lots of connective tissue. But as Duncan said, I’d never want to try it and find out!
Agree with both Duncan and Rachel, plus eating human meat would be quit dangerous as any disease would very easily be transfer. It is a bit like the mad cow disease scandal which started by under cooking cow meat powder and feeding it to cow.
