probably not as fruit flavoured usually means it contains chemicals to taste or look like fruit and not actually fruit. Check the labels on what you are drinking and eating to see how much fruit they actually contain and how many of you 5 a day that is
Probably not (unfortunately. Imagine if eating strawberry laces counted as part of your five a day!). Often foods are flavoured with a flavouring rather than the actual food, especially if they use the word ” flavoured”. Strawberry yoghurt may contain some pieces of fruit but it is very unlikely to be enough to add to your five a day. Orange juice is actually made from oranges so this does count (but 5 glasses of fruit juice per day doesn’t really count!). If you check on the ingredient list, you can see if it contains actual fruit, or just flavouring. And always look for the logo – if they are going to the trouble of putting a portion of fruit in the product, they will probably shout about it!
I am not a scientist but my prediction would be no.
I think this because a special flavouring (chemical) is added to the water to make the water taste better.

it is easy to find out if something contains real fruit.
If it tastes like fruit, it doesn’t mean that it is fruit and not chemical flavouring.
