• Question: why would you spend the money on food books why dont you spend it on your selves

      I don’t think we’re allowed to spend it on ourselves! I would spend the money on books, because (a) I love reading; (b) I believe that reading is at the heart of good education; and (c) that particular book, Harold McGee’s “On Fod and Cooking”, happens to be such an excellent book and one that I would like to share.
