• Question: why do different types of cheese look like they are mouldy however they re still sold and eaten

      Hi, it is because they have been grown on the cheese on the purpose so the cheese look or taste different! Blue cheese is moldy but it is what make is special. However if the cheese you kept in your fridge start getting moldy don’t eat the moldy part because you don’t know which type of mold it is! Still, don’t throw the all cheese, most time it is only the outside so just eat the inside and throw the outside.
