  Hi,
  In a way I didn’t decide, I used to know a lot about cheese because it is the main food produce in the region I come from (French Alps) so when I finish my degree in Agricultural Business Management 2 years ago I was invited to continue and do a PhD in cheese.
  First I wanted to go and work as a consultant and help farmers to be more sustainable but when I saw the PhD project did exactly that I decided to do it. It is only then I became totally passionate about cheese!
