Question: who invented cheese

Cheese was created much before any historical fact was recorded but found some cheese trace dating from more than 5,000 years BC! A hypothesis is that people tried to store milk in the stomach of dead animals to be able to transport it (plastic bottles didn’t exist) but because of the enzyme in stomach the milk coagulated which gave cheese. Milk doesn’t last very long but cheese can be store many months so humans started making cheese so they could have something to eat all year round as normal milk production use to be only during the summer.
