Question: Which human knowledge-developing advances have you been part of?

Hi, developing knowledge on how cheese is made, the chemistry behind it which will help having more control on what flavor the cheese has and the quantity produce for example. The actual change I have made is to change the view of cheese maker on the milk from Jersey cow, they thought it would be bad for cheese quality to use this milk now they know it is in fact beneficial so they make more money and farmers with Jersey cows get a better price for they milk!
