Hmmm not sure, It depends on the quantity of food and what it is made of. Foods containing lots of fats and sugars are generally high in calories.
I saw a recipe once for a massive pizza which had 4 burgers on it and loads of other greasy foods, thats probably one of the highest ive seen

I think this is a very good question, Ollie (I know this guy). Maybe the wrong person to ask though (Not to insult anyone), as Nik is more interested in sound waves and sound technology.
