• Question: what weird animals have you made cheese from?

      I think the most different is goat so not really weird. I could try cat as my mum breeds them ( already milked one!) but like human milk it doesn’t contain casein which is the protein responsible for milk coagulating. I think the weirdest animal that I know which is sometime use for cheese making is reindeer.
