Did you eat it on its own or in or on something. If you didn’t eat it on its own then what other fatty foods did you eat on their own e.g. a burger or a hot dog.
You are right, dom1234 – we tend not to eat butter on its own (for some reason). High fat foods that we do eat on their own include chocolate (sorry!), anything that’s fried (frying is cooking in fat (or oil, which is just liquid fat) – deep fried meat pie must be among the worst, but I’ve never had that!), pastry (very high in fat – hence deep frying a pie makes a high fat food even higher in fat), anything with cream in it. Putting these together, a chocolate eclair is amongst the fattiest – it’s pastry with cream and chocolate – all three components being high in fat. But its highly aerated, so for a given volume, the amount you actually eat is less (which is a small confort).
