Of the common fruits, the date has the most sugar (>60%), the lime the least (<1%), while most ripe fruits contain about 10-15% sugar (McGee, page 154).
To follow on from Grant’s comments, dried fruits like raisins also contain a lot of sugar because the drying process removes lots of the water and therefore concentrates everything else (eg the sugar). Fruits that taste sweet obviously contain lots of sugar, but bear it mind that if a fruit contains lots of acid, it will seem to taste less sweet even though it does contain sugar, because the acidity reduces the sweetness perception.
