• Question: What is your favorite thing to blow up in the laboratory?

      Bread dough. But it doesn’t blow up in the sense of explode, it inflates slowly as the yeast produces carbon dioxide gas.

      Sorry if this is a disappointment!

      Exploding popcorn at home in the microwave is also fun!
