Question: what is the nastyist bug you have ever seen

Depends on what kind of bug you mean.

Insect bug – in the Malaysian jungle I got hit by a massive beetle thing that flew into me – I’m swear it was the size of a mouse! (but probably much smaller)

Bacteria bug – when you look at them under a microscope, they all look pretty similar nasty or nice. Some like Campylobacter jejuni have a cool spiral shape. But I guess if you know you’re looking at a nasty one you treat it with respect.
