Question: what is the most interesting food you have ever cooked and what is the most disgusting thing that you have ever found which is contained in any food!!!
There is an enzyme called transglutaminase that glues different meats together. I have made some interesting foods like chicken glued to pork, salmon strips glued to cod strips like a chequer board, and chicken skin glued to fish. They have been interesting! There is also an ingredient that turns fats into powders so you can make powdered olive oil or powdered butter – that’s quite interesting. I once found a maggot in a sandwich – that was pretty disgusting! I don’t think it was meant to be there….
