• Question: what is the most hardest cheese to make and why and does it have any artificial things in it????

      Hardest cheese I guess would be swiss cheese like tete de moine. No at least in the EU you are not allowed to put anything artificial or it is not called cheese anymore but cheese substitute! Cheese can only be made from bacteria, enzyme, milk and salt and sometime you can add fruit, herbes or spices.
