• Question: What is the best tasting cheese you have tryed when you have been doing experiments with them?

      I’ve never done experiments with cheese. And usually scientists won’t eat any part of their experiment!

      lol yes it is unusual but I do eat quit a lot of my cheese to make sure it is okay and then use consumer and professional cheese critics to give them marks.
      Best tasting cheese was a goat cheese from a small cheese-makers in the Alps and no don’t have the chance on working on it.
