Question: what is the best cheese a) Mozzerela b) Chedar C) Stilton P.S Mines is mozerela and i dont like stilton : ) Its just a big block of smelly mould

I also love mozzarella, can eat the all ball on my own with nothing else ( my dog love to help 😉 ). I am starting to like Cheddar, never really eaten it before coming to England 5 years ago ( come from France). But now that I have to eat it everyday I getting used to the difference taste than French cheese. And yeah even if I often have to eat stilton I hate it too, never like blue cheese and believe will never do, even if there really interesting to make as you need to make the mould grow on the cheese !

French food is great! tried some before but have always wanted to go there.

I love learning all about cheese and its qualities but I hate cheese. The smell, texture and the taste all repel me from eating it!
