• Question: what is one of the healthiest foods that you can eat? Are there any fruits/vegetables that are unhealthy? If so what are they?

You need a balanced diet of proteins, carbohydrates, a small amount of fat, vitamins and minerals, and lots of water in order to be healthy. All fruits contain minerals and vitamins so they will be good for you. However some contain more sugar than others so they will be more calorific. The key to eating healthily is to follow a balanced diet that contains all the different food groups, and where salt, sugary foods and saturated fats are only consumed in small amounts. Things like sushi and stir fry are good – sushi contains very little fat (and only the good kind that you naturally get in fish), and stir fry’s contain lots of protein and vegetables, with little fat and sugar. Pittas stuffed with humous and salad are also good for you and provide a nice balance of nutrients. With vegetables and fruits it’s good to eat lots of different coloured ones.
