Question: what do you learn from your studies

I learn how to make more cheese out of less milk mainly for the moment you need around 100L of milk to make 10kg of cheese and I am trying to make 12kg of cheese out of the 100L, it is not much more but could make a lot of difference in the price of the cheese. I also look at what happen exactly when you make cheese and why which will help to make other improvement to cheese-making and cheese.
