I love cooking all different types of food – I couldn’t even begin to count how many dishes I can cook! My mother taught me how to cook English food, I trained a chef in France, and I have done an Indian cookery course, and I love making sushi and pasta from scratch. So pretty much anything. If ever there is anything I don’t know how to cook, I work it out – that’s where the challenge is, and where I can use my science background to help!
