• Question: On your profile it said that u love doing experiments and of course getting the right results to show that you are right. What have been ur most interesting results and what was the experiment? Have your predictions always been correct? and how many predictions have been right?

      No, predictions are not always correct. When they are, it’s very satisfying – it shows that what you already thought you knew is probably correct. When they’re not, it shows that there’s something unexpected, and that’s where there’s the opportunity to learn something new, and what forces you to think in new ways.

      Yes I had very interesting results which went against most people believe, which was that cheese made with Jersey would contain more water and was the reason people didn’t use it much to make cheddar, but was able to show that in fact using Jersey reduce water content! No some predictions are wrong but love it as much that when they are right coz you discovering something really unexpected! How many prediction right? Still have plenty I am working on..
