Question: Is it hard to make a perfect cheese?

Hi, it all depend what you think is perfect plus it is difficult to make exactly what you want! A slightly different milk, different temperature of the milk … make the cheese change … even the cheese you buy at the store arenoften different even from the same producer.

you need rennet to make cheese and thats what we produce and the same thing is happening in our bodys like cows
