Hi, I love my experiment at moment which is trying to make cheese making more efficient in a natural way which will help cheese maker and consumers by making it cheaper but still very good but would love to be able to prove that cheese make from raw milk is tastier !
I’ve actually given this answer to a few cheesy questions now – I would like to work out how to make hallumi less squeaky. The reason that most people don’t like hallumi is because it makes such a squeaky sound – if you could get rid of that then more people may like it!
