Question: If you could make any flavour cheese what flavour would it be?

I would not make a strange flavor such as curry or anything. I think cheese should not have any artificial or too strong flavor which make you lose the natural taste of cheese, there is already enough different cheese with different flavor I believe. However if I can dream of a new cheese it would be very creamy soft flavor a bit like ice cream, very fresh!
