• Question: How muck bacteria is in cheese

      Hi, in term of the one that you put in the milk on purpose it is often a mix of 2 type of lactic bacteria but sometime you had others which give specific flavour! however there are often others that are already in the milk or in by contamination at the cheese making factory but those are mostly in very small levels.
