  Depend on the cheese some can take 1 hours other like cheddar cheese take 6 hours. But it is not only making it that take time it is waiting for it to be mature enough. Soft cheese can be ready straight away or 2 weeks, semi soft between 6 weeks and 3 month and then hard cheese like cheddar take between 3 month and over 2 years!!!
