  I think in scientific terms ever time I cook a meal or bake something. I even have a lab at home in my kitchen where I experiment with different flavours. I love reading books about food scince, and watching TV programmes on the subject, I even dream about food scince. (Apparently I making munching sounds when I sleep!).
