      It basically spins something incredibly quickly – like a washing machine, but even faster. Ours goes up to 4000 rotations per minute. It separates things out according to their density, so less dense things like oil float to the top, and more dense things like solids sink to the bottom. It’s great for getting oils out of nuts, or making flavoured butters.
