  Hi,
  It smell really bad when my cheese are not packed well and mold develop the smell stay in my nose all day. When you make the cheese it smell nice except for whey which is the liquid ( made of mainly water with some protein lactose and fat) you get out of cheese when making it. Apart from that it smell good I especially love going to the farm where it smell of hay and nature.

Question: does your work ever smell when you study cheese?
