Food science is a broad topic so you needs lots of people with different backgrouds to make a good team
Not directly in my day job, I’m the only scientist in the company! (Which means no one ever understands what I’m talking about, but also I never get asked complicated questions!!). I do however have a great network of scientists in other areas.
