      I teach engineering, which is applied science – so yes, what I teach includes science. Someone has said “Science is discovering what is, engineering is creating what has never been.”

      For the moment I do demonstration so I help student during practical classes on the packaging of food, density of food and food sensory. I really enjoyed teaching except when students are not interested and do not make an effort to learn. Which make me realized some teacher must have not liked me very much (especially my Spanish teacher lol!).
