Yes I do, I used to even try and eat 15 portions of fruit and vegetables per day! Now I’m not so strict, and I enjoy unhealthy treats from time to time.
Yes, I try to. Healthy eating is about good habits – the 80:20 rule – if you eat healthily 80% of the time, you can enjoy food treats the other 20% of the time. (Although 95:5 would be a safer rule when it comes to food!). Healthy habits include: not having sugar in your tea or coffee, not choosing sugary drinks but choosing sugar-free alternatives, having fruit for snacks, and eating wholemeal or oat bread.
I try and manage most of the time 😉 especially since I discover how much eating well improve your mood, energy level and concentration! When I have a lot of work it is difficult but I am save by the fact I am very active, can do up to 13 km a day when I make cheese!
