• Question: do you buy the milk from diffrent farmers or are they your own?

      No I buy the milk from different farms so the cheese I make is representative of the production in England. If I use only my own cows what I would find from my study would only represent the effect on my farm. That is the difficulty in research you need to be as representative a possible of what happen usually.
