• Question: are there any cheese that would take over a fort night to rot?

      I am not sure I understand you question but if you ask what cheese would not go bad after 2 weeks I would tell you most with the exception of soft cheese, cheddar can be kept up to 2 years when of good quality!
      The importance is keeping it well, putting it in tight cling film will limit mould growth. In fact even if you cheese get mouldy just take of the mould and eat the inside of the cheese! Mould don’t grow inside the cheese!
