I would say science is all of those things. EVERYTHING in the world is governed by scientific equations and principles, some are quite simple to understand (like why if you drop a ball it falls to the ground) and some are more difficult to understand such as string theory

Like Nike said I think it is all, some day I think it is easy, you get an idea and you test it but then to test it can be tricky and understanding the results of the test can be difficult because you need to make sure it is no due to chance and being able to explaining why it happen this way mean a good understanding of all the scientific theory.

I should say ‘it is really really hard and I’m great for being able to do it!’ but in reality different bits are easy, ok, a bit iffy, tricky or quite difficult! It is this variation that helps to make it fun and worthwhile. If it was all easy there would be no challenge, and if it was all quite difficult it would be too hard. I love the ‘a bit iffy’ phrase, and promise to use it in the future to describe some of what I do!
