• Question: why does cheese go mouldy so quickly like milk?

      Cheese will go mouldy only if in contact with air, if not it will not turn mouldy for a long time because its pH is low and the salt in it. Milk can go bad very easily because it is so full of protein and fat bacteria and mould love to grow in it.
