To replenish the water in our body we lose in transpiration, urine and faeces . Our body weight is made of 57% water mostly inside our cells and some in our blood and other body fluids.

If we don’t drink enough water to replace the water we lose through all the ways that Julie lists, then we will die! The cells of our body need water to live.
There is evidence to suggest that drinking enough water can also aid concentration and performance in class.
You can survive for weeks without eating, and days without water.
