• Question: Whats the most interesting thing you've found out about food so far?

      Food is complex and diverse. Complex because it is made of plenty of constituent fat, protein, sugar… which all react to each other differently in different food. For example if you heat a egg the white made of protein will become hard but if you heat milk up which as plenty of protein it will stay liquid that is because the type of protein is different. Without those difference our food would-be very bland!
