Question: If you won the money, what would you do to show more people how exciting and interesting food science can be?

I would find ways to do more food science and cooking demonstrations and spread the knowledge to more people – even people who think science is boring tend to get excited when you talk about food and cooking, and running demonstrations and interactive talks is a great way to get people involved. Maybe I’d get myself a little portable kitchen lab so that I can come and do more demonstrations on the move, like at schools!
