At the age of 16 I took the decision to study the sciences instead of any other A-level. I’ve never looked back!

Started to use science as part of my degree at 19 and then started a phd, I am now 23 so been 4 years!!! So not very long but hope I can be one for the rest of my life!!! Working as a scientist make u change the way you think, always asking why and wanting to know more it is addictive!

I guess I started doing my own experiments around the age of 10, and haven’t really stopped since then! So that’s 36 years of trying to answer ‘how’ and ‘why’ questions.
