Sorry to see you evicted Rachel – really liked all your answers – thanks for flying the flag for Food Science at Nottingham Uni too 🙂 Great to see the pupils nagging you to upload pics and that their questions may get you re-doing certain expts again. Great to see the Willy Wonka reference questions and I’ve got to try that magic fruit someday too – it sounds awesome!
